Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the area of discomfort.

Poultice

Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the area of discomfort in the upper half of the body, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

BEWIT Mig esenciálny olej

Pridám Vám sem taký môj tip – mám olej MIG, ktorý difúzujem pri migréne,ale urobila som si aj roll-on, keď som niekde mimo difúzer alebo na ceste či v práci použijem túto rollonku a natieram na pulzné body, na spánky,oblasť krčnej chrbtice,…tak nejako intuitívne. Do 10ml fľaštičky si dám frakcionovaný kokosový olej a k nemu 12 kvapiek oleja MIG. Hotovo. Odteraz už žiadna migréna alebo aspoň znesiteľná a bez liekov. Ďakujem.

Kazdy mesiac mavam neutisitelne migreny 2 dni v kuse. Kupila som si na skusku MIG EO a spravila cichatko, aby som ho mohla mat v pripade nudze pri sebe. Ked sa objavila bolest hlavy, pricuchla som si. V priebehu par minut som pocitila, ako bolest jemne povolila. Za par minut som si pricuchla opat a bolest ustupovala dalej. Bola som velmi prekvapena, ze prvykrat som zvladla migrenu bez tabletiek. Bol to velmi dobry pocit. EO si davam aj do difuzera, ked citim potrebu a naozaj som nadsena. Nadherna vona a totalne prekvapenie z rychleho ucinku je pre mna kombinacia, ktoru chcem mat pri sebe vzdy :)
