WHY SHOULD I USE BEWIT LINSEED FLOUR?
When flavouring sauces and soups, first whisk the powder
thoroughly in cold water.
In desserts, smoothies and porridges, add the amount of flaxseed flour
necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
To prepare the pudding, mix 50g of linseed flour with 250ml of water or
vegetable milk and heat the mixture gently until it thickens to
the desired consistency.
