Sown wheat is one of the oldest cultural plants in existence. Although it was initially cultivated mainly for life-giving seeds, with hindsight it was discovered that its most valuable part was the highly nutritious wheat germ.

Sown wheat (Triticum Aestivum L.) is a worldwide widespread cereal native to Southeast Asia. The much-prized oil is derived from sprouted seeds.
Essential fatty acids linolenic and alpha-linolenic, together they make up 70% of the composition of wheat germ oil. Not only that. They are represented in the oil in their ideal ratio of 5:1 and together with vitamins, minerals and plant phytosterols contribute to its exceptional nutritional value.
Wheat germ oil is characterised by its golden colour and pleasant, slightly cereal taste. You can add it to salads, RAW desserts and any cold dish.
You can also consume it directly, so-called „by the spoonful“, to provide nutritional benefits.

Miluju tento olej. Koupila jsem ho pro muže kvůli vysokému obsahu koenzymu Q10 na srdce. Kombinuji s konopným olejem a rakytníkovým. Začaly mu po 3 měsících růst rychleji nehty a vlasy, vlasy dokonce podrůstají novými aniž by si dával methionin. Zlepšila se pokožka a já si ho přidávám do masky na suché vlasy. Pšeničný olej je lahodný a není skoro aromatický, výborný na lžičku a ideální po jídle, aby se vstřebaly všechny živiny. Doporučuji.

Chuťově dobrý a jemný olej z naklíčených semen – skvělé výživové vlastnosti. Na talíři polévám jídlo před konzumací, přidávám do salátů. Tento a perilový olej mi jako jediné chutnají i jen na lžičce. Doporučuji pravidelně užívat, střídám s konopným a perilovým olejem, všechny tři mají v mé kuchyni stálé místo.

Tento olej užívám ráno a večer před jídlem. Nakapu si jej do kapsliček a polknu. Byl mi doporučen na špatné cévy.
