„Olej z wiesiołka kupiłam pierwszy raz i na pewno nie ostatni. Bardzo delikatny smak. Używam do pesto, humusu, sałatek. Od jakiegoś czasu służy mi jako olej bazowy do nacierania podbrzusza. Cudowny duet z olejkiem Moon przed i w czasie miesiączki. “

High-value vegetable oil that really comes in handy. Great for vegetable salads, legume dishes and vegetable spreads. Because of its nutritional properties, you can also consume it directly, so-called „by the spoonful“.
For centuries, evening primrose has been avery beneficial and positively regarded herb. Roots, leaves, seeds, buds and flowers. Almost all its parts are edible and widely usable. [1]
One of the peculiarities of the evening primrose is that it opens its beautiful yellow flowers at dusk, when night falls. Only nocturnal butterflies, especially the pupal butterfly, participate in its pollination. [2]
Evening primrose infusions and later evening primrose oil have won over many cultures around the world for their soothing and powerful regenerative effects. They also became popular with Native Americans, for whom they could be a first aid for skin inflammations and unpleasant rashes. [2,3]
The clear oil with a light yellow tinge is obtained from the seeds of the two-year-old evening primrose in a gentle way,by cold pressing. As a result, it retains the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals and unique biologically active substances.
** Because of its content of essential fatty acids and unique biologically active substances**, evening primrose oil is a highly valuable vegetable oil with many beneficial effects.
Great for vegetable salads, legume dishes and vegetable spreads.
Evening Primrose oil has a neutral to slightly bitter taste and is used exclusively in cold cooking. Whether pure or in diluted form, it perfectly flavours vegetable salads, legume dishes and vegetable spreads. It is also suitable for direct consumption, so called „by the spoonful“.

+ 1
Już drugi raz zakupiłam olej z wiesiołka. Oczywiście z myślą spożywania go, natomiast u mnie świetnie się sprawdza jako pielęgnacja do twarzy i olejek do masażu. Robię mieszankę w pięknej buteleczce z Bewitt z olejkiem z kadzidłowca i Fenkul.
