This blend works with the theme of freshness, clarity, and invigoration. It reminds you that sometimes a few deep breaths are all it takes to clear your mind and give the day new lightness.

Its composition combines lemon with its pure citrus freshness, bergamot with a harmonising scent, and grapefruit with sparkling energy. Mandarin, orange, and fennel add an invigorating scent full of optimism to the blend.

When inhaled, Fresh will fill the space with a fresh citrus scent and help create an atmosphere of energy, concentration, and good mood. Add a few drops to a diffuser or an inhaler stick.

Inhalation

Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.
