Inhalation

Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

In sfârșit, am reușit sa cumpăr Legut. De test. Am pus o picătură in 400 ml de apă. L-am băut. A acționat bine. Dar mirosul e… foarte puternic, respingător. A rămas pe pahar pana a doua zi. Continui să-l folosesc in masaj pe burtă. Voi urmări efectul de durată.

Používám několik kapek v oleji z černého kmínu, krouživými pohyby vmasíruji do pokožky na břiše 1–2× denně. Opravdu funguje, střevní problémy jsou výrazně menší nebo i úplně mizí. Je třeba užívat pravidelně a delší dobu.

Legut si dávám do kapsle a užívám v případě, kdy si vlastní chybou způsobím zažívací obtíže, těžkost apod. Legut si beru preventivně v tu chvíli, kdy cítím, že by mohly zažívací obtíže/těžkost přijít, a ony pak prakticky vůbec nepřijdou a vše proběhne v harmonii. Je tedy nedílnou součástí mojí Bewit lékárničky :-).
