Rare wood of Buddhist temples

Hinoki is a rare tree native to Japan. In the past, its wood, known for its delicate citrus fragrance, was used in the construction of Buddhist temples and shrines. For the Japanese, it symbolizes purity and strength and it is considered sacred. It is protected by the Japanese government and only wood from fallen trees can be distilled. Essential oils are therefore available only in limited quantities.

Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

BEWIT Hinoki esenciálny olej

Kúpila som si ho kvôli experimentovaniu s tvorbou vlastného oleja ako zábalu na vlasy. Zmiešala som ho so šalviou, levanduľou a ružovým drevom. Na výsledky samozrejme budem musieť počkať, ale vonná kompozícia je to krásna (Hinoki som každopádne dala najmenej, nechala som vyniknúť vôňu šalvie a ružového dreva).

Moja opakovaná skúsenosť: pri nespavosti alebo nočnom prebudení si dávam 5–6 kvapiek napr. do CBD oleja a rozotriem na chodidlá a tak znovu zaspím. Jeho drevitá živicovitá vôňa pripomínajúca les mi vyhovuje oveľa viac než levanduľa. Okamžite sa stal mojím obľúbeným EO.

Vôňa Hinoki oleja reprezentuje shinrin-yoku, japonské umenie zmyslovej lesnej kúpele, je používaný v Japonsku v komerčných osviežovačoch vzduchu. Hinoki je jemný olej, keď sa používa na pokožku, čo z neho robí dobrú alternatívu pre jednotlivcov, ktorí majú citlivú pleť na iné stálezelené stromy. Vďaka uvoľňujúcej a upokojujúcej aróme je Hinoki ideálny pre starostlivosť o pleť a masáže. V Japonsku sa olej často používa v kúpeľoch na vytvorenie relaxačného prostredia a samotný strom má historický význam. Hlavné prednosti: • Vynikajúci ako prídavok k vašej pravidelnej starostlivosti o pleť • Pri lokálnej aplikácii pôsobí utišujúco na pokožku • Navodí upokojujúcu masáž po tréningu • Ideálny, ak sa pred spaním nanesie na spodnú časť chodidiel.

Na vonkajšie použitie
Na masáž zmiešajte 5 kvapiek s približne 10 ml nosného oleja. Ja používam tekutý kokosový, konopný, CBD olej alebo môj obľúbený cédrový jedlý olej. Na kúpeľ zmiešajte 5 kvapiek s približne 5 ml nosného oleja. Na parfumovanie zmiešajte 1 kvapku s 10 kvapkami nosného oleja. Vhodný len na vonkajšie použitie.

Pôsobenie na emócie: Hinoki významne harmonizuje psychiku. Má jedinečnú čistú drevitú vôňu, ktorá skľudňuje ducha, odľahčuje myseľ a otvára ju pre nové perspektívy. Prináša novú energiu, pomáha upokojiť, zmierniť nervové napätie, podráždenosť, úzkosti, odbúrať stres a vyrovnávať emócie. Je meditatívny. Pomáha stáť pevne vo svojich rozhodnutiach.

Zaujímavosť: Hinoki drevo je v Japonsku natoľko cenné, že esenciálny olej sa môže extrahovať iba zo stromov, ktoré spadli.
