The components of this product are processed up to a temperature of 42 °C so that we protect the enzymes and maximise its nutritional value. Scientific research has shown that when processing these ingredients at higher temperatures it will damage some enzymes and micronutrients or completely destroy them.

Our cocoa comes from carefully harvested cocoa beans organic farming and is very gently processed. It rightly boasts the name ceremonial.

What exactly is Bewit Ceremonial Cocoa Pure?
It is ORGANIC cocoa mass (ground cocoa beans) in the purest form, processed according to RAW principles. It contains no added substances or flavourings. You can consume the prepared drink alone or flavour it as you like with one of our spices or powders.
Instructions for preparation:
1. Weigh out the required amount of cocoa (15–50 g):
- for a more delicate taste, weigh 15–25 g
- weigh 25–35 g for full-flavoured cocoa
- for a strong ceremonial cocoa drink weigh 35–50 g.
3. Pour 200 ml of water heated to a maximum of 85 °C over the cocoa.
4. Mix the cocoa and water mixture to thoroughly dissolve and achieve foam.
5. Season at will and enjoy your ritual cup.
Comment: For better portioning, we recommend to keep refrigerated.
