Thyme essential oil is one of the most energetically hot and powerfully stimulating oils. It is a very powerful yang energy tonic. On a mental level, it encourages, lends us its strength, courage and fortitude, and helps us in challenging tasks. It enhances memory and concentration, can be useful for those engaged in study.
If you are troubled by low self-confidence, Thyme essential oil can help you get over self-doubt. At the deepest level, it restores morale and is therefore sought after to satiate the body's energy. Thyme, a perennial shrub growing to a height of 10–40 cm, is native to the Mediterranean but now grows in warm regions around the world. It is valued not only in culinary medicine, but also as a source of thymol.
