Cinnamon bark essential oil has a scent that people associate with spiced warmness that is slightly sweet, intense and always welcoming. The history of cinnamon is an incredibly long one with ancient records showing it was first imported into Egypt from the Far East as early as 2000 B.C. During the medieval period in Europe it was quite rare, extremely expensive and considered a suitable gift for Royalty.

100% Pure Essential Oil from Cinnamon Bark
For the purpose of clarity there are two types of cinnamon essential oils on the market: cinnamon bark oil and cinnamon leaf oil. Although they have vey similar properties they do not have the same uses.
Oil from cinnamon bark is extracted from the outer layer of the cinnamon trees bark. It is considered to be very strong with a powerful scent. It has a dark brown colour which the majority of people would associate with cinnamon. Oil from cinnamon leaf has a spicy muskier scent and it has a lighter yellow colour.
WITH CINNAMON – WITHOUT SUGAR
Cinnamon could be used as a valuable weight loss aid. It appears to „sweeten“ the taste of food without adding sugar. This can be useful when following a calorie controlled diet. A study published in the journal // Metabolism // shows how cinnamaldehyde, a chemical compound found in cinnamon essential oil, can potentially help cells to burn fat for energy. [1]
A NATURAL APHRODISIAC
In Ayurvedic medicine, cinnamon is sometimes recommended for sexual dysfunction. Some animal studies show that cinnamon essential oil could be a possible ** natural remedy for impotence **. [2]

However, the Tisserand Institute recommends keeping a low concentration when using cinnamon bark essential oil, especially if it comes into contact with the skin. HISTORY OF CINNAMON
ONE OF THE OLDEST KNOWN SPICES
It is one of the ** oldest and most popular spices . In ancient times, it was valued as an expensive raw material, usually burned for its scent. Z racji na fakt, że poprawia ukrwienie skóry dodaje go często go kremu lub maski do włosów i wmasowuje w czubek głowy. Jest też super afrodyzjakiem ;)

Elèg csúnya piros, ègő foltokat mart a kezemre,lekentük kóksz olajjal, gyorsan lenyugtatta a bőrömet.Azóta nagyon körültekintő vagyok a fahèjjal, de továbbra is használom!

Pokud piju na podzim a v zimě raw šťávy, dodávají mi sice živou a radostnou energii, ale zároveň mě chladí. S tím jsem si nevěděla už několik let rady, protože jsem nechtěla ze šťavnaté raw energie slevit, ale také jsem nechtěla ani pořád „klepat kosu“ :-) Jedna nebo dvě kapky raw zázvoru a k tomu 1 kapka skořice do lahve se šťávou či smoothie a je to vyřešené. Zázvor a skořice opravdu zahřívají moje tělo, ačkoliv jsem jinak nesnědla nic „teplého“ a já si můžu vesele užívat živosti! :-) Má příjemnou chuť. ;-)

Je skvelé některé EO používat pro vaření, protože jedna, dvě kapky nadělá spoustu krásné vůně! Je skvelé některé EO používat pro vaření, protože jedna, dvě kapky nadělá spoustu krásné vůně! Skořice je také krásná v kombinaci se zázvorem, a to jak do jídel, tak do difuzéru, nebo jen tak pro radost na ruku jako parfém.

Nepostradatelný pomocník při léčbě plísně na nehtech. Při úporné plísni na nohou stačí 2× denně pár kapek myrhy (neředěné) přímo na nehet. Pryskyřičná myrha je doslova léčebným zázrakem. Po měsíci léčby stačí udržovat a pěstovat nehty v kombinaci s protiplísňový i dalšími esenciálními oleji např. skořice, hřebíček, oregano, tymián, Tea tree… Nosný olej doporučuji pro tento druh léčebné aplikace kokosový frankcinovaný. Vyzkoušela jsem na vlastních nehtech a vřele doporučuji.

Újabb tapasztalatot szeretnék megosztani. Van egy benti kutyusom, aki elég válogatós és többnyire az eledelének a negyedét a tányérjában hagyja. A hangyák távol tartása érdekében, mert a maradék ételbe belemásztak, fahéjat használtam. Féltem azért, hogy a kutyusom ne nyalja fel, (szép sem volt, amikor szétkenődött) mert szinte mindent megeszik, ami az útjába kerül. A fahéj olajra váltottam az étkezéseknél használt por alapú terméket. A tálka melletti szőnyeg szélére cseppentek belőle és a tálka alá is. 1–1 csepp fahéj olajjal úgy tudok védekezni a hangyák ellen, hogy közben nem kell tartanom attól, hogy a kutyusomnak baja eshet. Máshol nincsenek hangyák a házban hála Istennek, de úgy gondolom, hogy bárhol távol tudjuk vele tartani őket. Legyen szó lakásról vagy kertről. Érdemes kipróbálni, mert a hangyák nem szeretik a fahéj illatát.

Egy csepp a vaníliához és már sütés közben is éreztem a csoda kellemes illatot és nem csak a konyhában, hanem bejárta az egész házat. Egyszerűen imádom, mert tiszta és Isteni finom. Ezt az olajat is csak ajánlani tudom!

Nagyon vártam, hogy megérkezzen. Alapból imádom a fahéj illatát. Most sem csalódtam. Nem csak a párologtatómba, az arckrémembe is teszek belőle, mert végtelen jótékony hatással van a bőrünkre, hidratál. Hajmosáskor pedig, készítek egy tálkába öblítő vizet, abba teszek az olajból és ezzel öblítem le a hajam. Picit macerás, de megéri, mert a haj szerkezetét is javítani tudja. Nem mellesleg végtelen jó antioxidáns. Hálás vagyok, hogy megismerhettem. Jah és jönnek az ünnepek, nagyon jó hasznát fogom tudni venni a konyhában is. Isteni illat és már most ünnepi hangulatot teremt. Köszönöm!
