Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

Először a barátnőmnek rendeltem,aki sajat magának és családjának vette meg.Azt mondta rendkìvüli hatást ért el motiváció elősegítésére.Én pont ebben az időszakban nagyon szétszórtan,kedvetlenül,motivációm hiányában éltem.Eszembe jutott,hogy nekem is van és elkezdtem használni.Az illata már először megfogott,amikor megszagoltam.De abban a pillanatban éreztem az öröm illatjegyeit benne.Felszabadító érzés volt használni.Tarkómra ,csuklómra és diffúzorban használom.Az elakadásban nagyon segített,sokkal motiváltabb vagyok.Egy gyönyörű illatkategória.Hálásan köszönöm Bewit.Thanks Bewit.

Az eszencia harmonikus. Nálam a napi olajok közöt foglal helyett:) Diffúzorban több féle keverékkel együtt alkalmazom. Pl. Balancal, Powerrel, Joyal, Faithal. Mikor mire vágyik a lelkem. Ajánlom mindenkinek rendszeres használatra. Már nagyon rég nem halottam magamról, hogy milyen határozott vagy. Amióta használom, ketten is megjegyezték.
