Fully ripe, sun-dried
The special thing about mulberries is that they don't ripen all at once. They are harvested gradually and are also very susceptible to transport. To maintain maximum quality, they must be processed immediately after harvesting. In our case, they are dried in the **most gentle way, in the sun.
Without sulphur dioxide and added sugar
The white mulberries are not treated with sulphur dioxide** in the processing process, giving them a caramel colour and a milder taste. They are not sweetened.

Nagyon szeretem a faepret. A reggeli turmixomba szoktam használni. Értékes gyümölcs, tele van vitaminokkal és ásványi anyagokkal rezveratrolt is tartalmaz. Eddig máshol vettem, de itt valamivel olcsóbban szerezhető be és nagyon jó minőségben. Ezentúl a Bewitnél fogom vásárolni ezt is.
