Walnut oil comes from the fruit of the royal walnut tree (Juglans regia L.). The pressed oil has a pleasant golden colour and a delicious nutty taste. Cold-pressing preserves all the valuable substances, which is why it is advantageous to use it for cold food preparation, e.g. in salad preparation. It loses all its vitamins when heated. For its many beneficial effects on the body, regular consumption of nuts and seeds is recommended. The shelled walnut kernels can be added to yoghurt, but the kernels can also be replaced with already pressed oil.
Nuts themselves contain a lot of fat, but they are healthy fats, especially unsaturated fats – essential fatty acids that the body cannot synthesise on its own and must be taken in through food. The shape of the walnut itself tells us that it is connected to our body. Its shape is reminiscent of the human brain. The fatty acid content is therefore what really affects the brain. The laboratory-confirmed content of linoleic acid (omega 6) is 59.5 %. In addition, alpha linolenic acid (omega 3) contains 12%. The oleic acid content is 17.5% and palmitic acid 7.5%.
Due to its unique properties, it is also used in the cosmetics industry. It is often rubbed into the joints before going to bed for muscle and joint pain. It is quickly absorbed, leaving the skin soft and supple, and is often found as a component of skin creams or sunscreens.

Pravidelně kupuji lněný olej, který je prostě úžasný, nyní jsem vyzkoušela i z vlašských ořechů a je velice lahodný používám ho do jogurtu s ovocem a nemohu si ho vynachválit, další zkouška bude olivový, ten jsem ještě neměla.

Agyunkra gyakorolt jó hatását napi egy kanál fogyasztásával igyekszem kihasználni. Finom ízű olaj! :-)

Javítja(hatja) a memóriát, segít(het) megőrizni az erek rugalmasságát. Natúr joghurtba téve, de lehet akár gyümölcsös is, végtelen hasznos és finom táplálék a szervezetünk számára. Az ízületi fájdalmaknál pedig masszázshoz kiváló, kellően beszívódik a bőrbe és végtelen kellemes érzetet ad. Nem mellesleg fájdalomcsillapító hatással is rendelkezik.
