COCOA BEANS – THE IRREPLACEABLE BASIS OF ALL BEWITELL
The basic ingredient of Bewitell is 100% natural ORGANIC RAW
fermented non – roasted cocoa beans. After drying in the sun, these
cocoa beans are stripped of their skins and crushed into nibs. These are then
ground with the other raw materials into a uniform mass – the resulting
Bewitella – in the gentlest way yet.
Unroasted cocoa beans themselves are an important source not
only of a wide range of vitamins, minerals and valuable
phytonutrients, but also of quality cocoa butter, plant
proteins and powerful antioxidants. In
addition, cocoa beans of this quality are the best natural source of large
amounts of easily digestible magnesium and the necessary organic
sulphur.
BEWITELLA IS STILL ALIVE
Gentle handling, 100% natural raw materials and low processing temperatures.
This is the combination that keeps the Bewitella with maximum amount of
vital enzymes = still alive.
Evidence of this vitality can be seen in the slight enzymatic changes
in texture and aroma. And this despite the fact that the composition of
Bewitell is completely unchanging… Even in the wild, these changes are quite
natural and desirable.
WITHOUT TEMPERING AND WITH PATINA ON THE SURFACE
In order to comply with the RAW product principles, the so-called tempering
is omitted during production. This usually takes place at temperatures of around
47 °C or more. The cocoa butter then naturally forms relatively stable,
sharp-edged crystals and the partially released fat can rise to the surface of
the product =patina.

BEWIT® BEWITELLA products comply with all RAW
principles – with the most environmentally friendly technology of
today, we regulate the temperature of the production process so that it does not
exceed 42 °C. This prevents the loss of valuable, heat-labile substances and
naturally occurring enzymes = no unnecessary degradation of the final
product.

Tahle vánoční Bewitella je láska mého manžela. Pracuje na zahradách,

Bewitela Merry Christmas – první lžička mi přišla trochu zvláštní
nahořklá, ale s každou další lžičkou jsem měla problém přestat.
Opravdu vynikající, už je pryč. Objednám další.
Za mě je BEWITELLA Merry Christmas rozhodně nejluxusnější ze všech
BEWITELL! Její lahodná a vyvážená chuť potěšila všechny, komu jsem dala
ochutnat. Chuť a vůně Vánoc, která je pro ni typická, byla nedocenitelná
například při pečení cukroví. Dopřáváme si ji ale také během roku, na
lívance či do kaše.

aromă de scorțișoară,bucățele de portocala și stafide este de-a dreptul

Zatím úplně nejlepší Bewitella, která je v nabídce. Vynikající,
luxusní chuť a zdravé mlsání zároveň. Na palačinky se ani nedostane, je
totiž nejlepší jen tak na lžičce, nebo s banánem. Kousky moruší,
kterými je posypána nahoře, dodávají Bewitellce ještě úžasnou přidanou
hodnotu. Mňam. Jdu si dát na lžičku.
Tak tahle Bewitela je opravdu něco! Lahodný čokoládový krém propletený
kousky moruše… dokonalá… Když Bewitelu, tak rozhodně tuhle! Nevýhodou
je, že dlouho doma nevydrží…, protože, když víte, že je
doma…neodoláte :-)
Ich habe sie schon leer gegessen, wollte Weihnacht Plätzchen machen aber
jetzt ist schon leer, weil sooooo lecker ist. Es duftet nach Weihnachten, nach
Magie und ist so lecker, ja es ist ein Leckerer Weihnachten in einem Glas,

Vyzkoušela jsem všechny dostupné Bewitelly, ale tahle je za mě TOP!!!
Skvělé sušené ovoce a opravdu příjemná čokoládová chuť, velmi
podařená kombinace, nejlepší jen tak, na lžičku. Doufám, že to nebude
jen zimní či vánoční limitka. Tohle já můžu po celý rok :-)
Je to jemná, voňavá a výborně chutnající předzvěst Vánoc! Na
palačinkách s jahodovou marmeládou to byla super mňamka :-) Takže, kdo už
teď zatoužil po adventních chutích a vůních, tak toto by mohlo být
právě to pravé ořechové…Dobrou chuť :-)
Moc dobrá, chutí podobná té dětské, jen vánočnější. :-) Kardamon
je tam velice intenzivní, takže pokud ho máte rádi, určitě
doporučuji.
Trošku mi v bewitellách ale vadí ty hrudky asi od čokolády, navíc
v této jsem měla i nerozdrcenou hrozinku a na vrchu semínka. Daleko lépe
by se to roztíralo, když by to byl hladký krém – za to srážím tu jednu
hvězdičku, jinak chuťově super. :-)
