Skin and body care

Massage the serum of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of cosmetic oil gently into the skin, or massage the whole body.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

PERFUME

Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 10 ml of jojoba oil in a roll-on bottle.

Tuto směs esenciálních olejů používám/používal jsem jako ingredienci do šamponové směsi na mytí vlasů – mleté mýdlové ořechy, med, olej, voda…A přidával jsem pár kapek do oleje vhodného na pleť/pokožku obličeje.
