Or prepare a compress or massage mixture for strained muscles and joints.

Methods of use
Massage
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the area of discomfort.
Poultice
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the area of discomfort, apply a damp and then impermeable layer, and leave on.
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the inhalation stick.
