CLASSIC VERSUS SUN
The smell of citron essential oil may vary slightly depending on how and where it is obtained. Compared to the classically pressed essential oil, the SUN version is more astringent and sour due to the additional distillation.
Comment: Thanks to the furanocoumarins, the essential oil increases the skin's sensitivity to UV rays. It is therefore recommended to avoid direct contact with sunlight after applying it to the skin, preferably for 24 hours.

Methods of use
Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

Geránium mi velmi pomáhá s PMS, uklidňuje nervový systém, podporuje ženskost, pomáhá mi zklidňovat trávicí systém při překyselení. Používám ho v difuzéru. Jeden z mých oblíbených při překonávání PMS, také Moon, Holy Basil, Ylang-Ylang, Šalvěj, Fenykl, Bergamot.

Krásný den – bergamot nyní používáme hodně na povznesení energie a nálady doma. Do difuzéru i na keramická srdíčka. Miluji citrusové plody a tento ve mně vzbuzuje radost, lehkost a úsměv…nádech léta… Hodně jej pouštíme tatínkovi po návratu z nemocnice na pozitivní mysl, energii a vše. Ulubiony mój z wszystkich cytrusowych, bo niesie jakość optymizmu z działąniem antybakteryjnym, wyjątkowo dobrze sprawdza się w masażu wymieszany z olejem bazowym jako uniwersalne wykończenie całego rytuału, pozwala zatrzymać na ciele powiew radości i świeżości bez nut mentolowych : )

Pokud máte rádi svěží, citrusové vůně, bergamot vás nadchne! Dokud tady nebyl Bewit a s ním velké množství překrásných kompozic EO, mé nejmilovanějšíí jednodruhové olejíčky byly bergamot (denně místo parfému), levandule, ylang ylang. V bergamotu bych se nejraději koupala 🙂. Když jsem si jej dnes vzala na jógu a dala k dispozici, sklidil nadšení 🙂. Kvalita EO z různých firem je rychle rozeznatelná. Nakapala jsem v autě olej jiné firmy a bewiťácký. Čichla jsem k jednomu, druhému…a při dalšímu přičichnutí už jsem ten jeden necítila vůbec…co myslíte, který? 🤭🙂

Bergamot je jednou z mých nejoblíbenějších vůní, pravidelně provoňuje moje lekce jógy a vždy velmi jemně obohatí celkovou atmosféru jogových lekcí. Stačí skutečně velmi malé množství tohoto úžasného citrusu.

Alvás előtt diffúzorba cseppentve 5–6 csepp kiválóan ellazít és megnyugtat , így pihentetőbben alszunk és az illata is nagyon kellemes. Nem durva , nem erős , kellemes lágy citrusos. Nagyon szeretjük.

Esenciálny olej BERGAMOT mám 1× a veľmi sa mi zapáčil už len podľa jeho opisu, ani som nečakala, že je tak na veľa veci vhodný a presne bol to, čo som hľadala 🥳
Vonia krásne, mne pripomína citrón, limetku, grep aj pomaranč s mandarinkou. 🥰 Keďže milujem citrusy, je to láska a určite ho nemáme posledný x, takže za náš určite odporúčam skúsiť. 🤗

Bergamot. Nádherný, jemný a povznášajúci, citrusový. Musela som vyskúšať a dopriať do svojej zbierky citrusový EO, ktoré mám najradšej. Odporúčam ho natierať ked je nálada pod psa, vždy rozveselí a povzbudí. Niekedy ho riedim, inokedy len kvapnem na zapastie a to stačí. Vyskúšajte, nebudete ľutovať.
